ZANDA FINANCIAL SERVICES (PRIVATE) LIMITED ("us", "we", or "Company") operates the MoneyTap mobile application. All loans disbursed through our application are underwritten by ZANDA FINANCIAL SERVICES (PRIVATE) LIMITED. By downloading the App, you consent to the following.
"By downloading the App, I hereby give consent to the collection and processing of my personal information for legitimate business purposes, including but not limited to determining my credit score and providing a loan. I hereby certify that all information provided by me is true and correct."
App Permissions
For the purpose of Credit Risk Assessment, we require the following permissions:
Phone Permission
Collect and monitor specific information about your device including hardware model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information to prevent unauthorized access and fraud.
Location Permission
Collect and monitor information about the location of your device for credit risk assessment purposes.
Apps Permission
Collect and monitor a list of installed apps on your device for credit profile enrichment.
Information Collected
To create an account on the App, you must provide basic details including your name, mailing address, phone number, employment information, family details, and financial information such as bank account details. All information provided is used solely for the purposes of providing the Services.
We collect and monitor only your bank-related financial transaction SMS, names of transacting parties, transaction description, and amount to perform a credit risk assessment. We always ask for your permission before accessing information on your phone.
Use and Disclosure of Your Information
We use personal information to provide the services you request, to customize your user experience, and to improve our services. We access, store, and use the information we collect to:
- Provide and improve our Services
- Perform credit risk assessment and loan processing
- Analytical purposes and data usage
- Improving the Application and your user experience
- Providing targeted advertisements to you

We encrypt your data and store it in multiple databases with security group and firewall checks, multi-level authentication, authorization, and verification. Your personal details are stored on a secure server accessible only to selected personnel and authorized agencies.
