Receiving Your Loan via JazzCash or Easypaisa
Once your MoneyTap loan is approved, funds are disbursed directly to your mobile wallet or bank account — no ATM visit required. Here’s exactly how it works.
Disbursement Channels
MoneyTap supports three disbursement methods:

Important: Your registered phone number must match the mobile wallet account. For bank transfers, provide your IBAN during application.
Step 1: Set Up Your Wallet (If You Haven’t Already)
JazzCash:
- Dial *786# or download the JazzCash app
- Register with your Jazz/Warid SIM
- Complete basic CNIC verification
- Your wallet is ready
Easypaisa:
- Dial *786# on Telenor or download the Easypaisa app
- Register with your Telenor SIM
- Complete the in-app CNIC verification
- Your account is activated
You don’t need a bank account to use either wallet — just a registered SIM card in your name.
Step 2: Select Your Disbursement Channel in MoneyTap
During the loan application, you’ll be asked to choose how you want to receive your funds. Select your preferred wallet and enter the registered mobile number.
Double-check this number — funds sent to an incorrect number cannot be reversed automatically.
Step 3: Receive Your Funds
After approval, MoneyTap initiates the transfer. Typical timeframes:
- JazzCash / Easypaisa wallets: Within 12 hours of approval
- Bank accounts: Same business day if approved before 3PM, next business day otherwise
You’ll receive an SMS confirmation from both MoneyTap and your wallet provider.
Step 4: Access Your Money
From JazzCash:
- Use at any JazzCash-enabled merchant
- Transfer to any Pakistani bank account (small fee applies)
- Withdraw cash at Jazz franchise or ATMs
From Easypaisa:
- Use at Easypaisa merchants across Pakistan
- Transfer to bank account or another Easypaisa account
- Withdraw at Telenor franchises or partner ATMs
Repayment: Same Channels
When your repayment is due, you’ll repay through the same channels. MoneyTap will send reminders via app notification and SMS before your due date.
To repay:
- Open the MoneyTap app
- Tap “Repay Loan”
- Choose your payment method
- Confirm the amount
Early repayment is allowed at any time.
Common Questions
What if my wallet balance doesn’t show the loan? Check after 2–3 hours. If it still hasn’t arrived, contact MoneyTap support at support@moneytappk.com or +92 31 0582 1319.
Can I change my disbursement channel after applying? Not after the loan is approved. Choose carefully during the application.
Is there a fee to receive via wallet? No — MoneyTap does not charge for the transfer. Standard wallet transaction fees may apply when you transfer funds onward.
